To ensure the quality of our teaching is at the high standard expected from Lingua Learn we require an Academic manager to oversee the recruitment of new teaching staff along with being responsible for the continued quality control of existing teaching staff.
The successful candidate must be degree educated with a teaching qualification, ideally Celta or Delta.
The position requires the successful applicant to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a 2nd language.
Experience in assessing students’ language proficiency in all 4 skills is essential
English Fluent or native speakers will only be considered
Familiar with multi-language teaching material.
Teaching English qualification (Celta,Delta, Tefl)
Educated to a degree level
Previous Language center experience
Fully experienced with using Zoom
previous supervisory experience in a language center
